I didn't actually go the restaurant Chez Wally's but rather the food truck during an event at Parc Mousette in Gatineau.
The explosive panini was was wonderful. Sandwiches aren't usually my go-to meal but this was well balanced between meat, cheese, sauce...easy to eat and very easy to enjoy!
Service was great. The wait didn't feel long at all and panini was warm and fresh!

A refreshing change. All of Wally’s is amazing. Price point is great too.
Wally and his staff are personable and friendly.
I recommend Wally’s if you want home style food.

I went and dined in after going out with my sister's and the food looked good and tasted amazing I ordered a small poutine with yellow sauce and it was so good I've missed having that sauce! My only issue which isn't really much of a complaint personally was my curds were still a little cold but they had just opened so the gravy didn't have time to melt it so lunch time around 12 is the best time to go! Absolutely worth it and very yummy also WILDLY affordable
