We go there regularly and whether ordering at the drive-thru or in the dining room, the service is fast and friendly. It’s often very busy but the service is there. We will return there, for sure!
Not the greatest service , the food was mediocre and orders are usually messed up ! Easily one of the busiest Tim Hortons in Granby most likely this is the reason for the poor service ! Still enjoyable if caught on a small day
I love going to this Tim Horton, but today it was a disaster, I made my order for 4 people, the old lady who served me made a useless comment like "it's for you all that? Because I think you eat a lot" and she doesn't really listen to these customers because she made a mistake in my order, well it happens but all to say that she was criticizing me.
