Went there at 10 pm after another branch didnt have food left, lights on and employees inside but doors locked and they made sign from behind the glass that its closed! But at their website it says open till 12 am ! They should change it because people would drive to find out they can’t get it. Or maybe they have the typical problem of no more food left or no employees ! It is shocking from big chains/businesses to be in this situation in 2024…

**Do not go to this branch!!! I get a bout of PFK once or twice a year. Every time I have been to the PFK in front of the Charles Lemoyne hospital I have been frustrated with my order. Never had an order without errors at this branch! On a barrel of 14 pieces of chicken there was no chicken breast. Only little wings and little drumsticks! For $60 it's expensive! Small box of fries only half filled! In addition, the sauce was liquid like soup and tasted nothing, it had been diluted! If I were you I would take a 7 or 8 minute detour and go to the PFK in front of the Champlain mall in Brossard! **

A somewhat special evening... Arriving there we look at the menu and have difficulty choosing... But the cashier clearly tired of his work or his evening seemed impatient with short answers and clearly annoyed looks. Asked a few questions about the menu, the young man seemed more impatient! We ended up choosing a boneless varil barrel with a sauce so $36.99 + tax plus the sauce... With the tax the young man tells us $54 we paid and asks him for the bill... He tells us that he doesn't there's no more paper and he can't print it so he offers us macaroni salad. I tried to calculate with the tax but it doesn't give 54... So in the meantime the cashier goes to the back and says that it's finally the break... Then we don't see him again... His colleague passes by then we ask him if there was an error in the order because it shouldn't cost that much. Then he told us that with the $6 sauce that's the amount we had to pay. in all possible locations 36.99$ + 6$ = 42.99$ + 15% = 49.44$! I don't have the impression that it was the paper that was missing but the system and instead of notifying customers and calculating correctly it ends up overpaying you as if it wasn't already expensive enough..... Moreover the strips were very dirty!
