I ordered yesterday and the very professional and brilliant delivery left the pizza outside the building, for which I got an iced pizza. He did not call my number to even notify me he was going to drop the pizza in the streets.

I would like to report that this employee on the pictures was verbally aggressive and used inappropriate and offensive language toward me and also made another employee cry.
Completely out of her mind , and refused to give me her name. When the other sweet girl gave me her name, the employee lost it and screaming soon loud that customers coming inside were scared 😱.
Also threatened to beat me up and added to go (F ) myself because I asked her name.
Wow how classy is that dear owner! πŸ‘
I was also concerned to observe that the owner appeared to endorse and accept this behaviour, rather than addressing it.
This raises concerns regarding the establishment’s standards of conduct and management accountability.
The owner also ignored all messages sent to her by Pizza Hut Canada.
Our family stopped going to that establishment.
Also many others notice the lack of respect and professionalism.
All that because I simply asked if I could remove the pepperoni to remplace it by olives witch the other sweet employee agreed without any issues. (Special of the day was all dressed)
That's when the girl on the picture lost it on her by screaming at her.
I simply asked her to mind her thing and to be polite!
She completely became very hysterical and very aggressive.
How can an owner that care about her long time customers approve that?!?!
The answer is simple.....SHE DOESN'T CARE AT ALL.

Ordered online said would be ready between 533-538 arrived not ready it is now 601 the excuse i got was they sre over busy and burnt my cheese bread so had to redo it. Will never ever order from here again.

When we opened our pizza we saw they really got generous on the toppings at this place, took pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, and they added a nice square piece of toilet paper under the cheese. That would not have heppened if we were still in 2021. Thats all im gonna say

Abysmal service. I had to have a 'fat meal' in preparation for a medical test the following morning. Had to take it by 9PM... so, ordered online at 8PM... Delivery never show up, I called to inquiry, their answering system had me wait on the phone for 15 minutes only to have me leave a message. So I could only leave a cancellation message, giving them the order number. While waiting on the line, I had the time to drive to another restaurant, order the equivalent and my order was ready as I finish typing this. P-H is not what it used to be. They had my phone and could have notified me if they had issues with their deliveries... but nope!

Edit: The poor delivery boy did eventually show up, more than an hour after the original ETA, and almost 30 minutes after I canceled on the phone (when I cancelled, the app was still showing that the order had not yet left the restaurant...). By that time, I was home eating the order from the other place... Will never ever order from PH again.
