While the ice cream was delicious, the service I received was incredibly disappointing. The three ladies working, particularly the one in the orange dress, were unwelcoming and made me feel like an annoyance rather than a customer. Their attitude unfortunately overshadowed the quality of the product. None of the staff was wearing the veacers tale uniform none of the 3 wan had hair nets. UNSANITARY If I would be the owner I would be ashamed of my staff

Excellent fries/poutine. Their house hamburger sauce is unique & delicious. They have numerous combo selections to suit any size appetite. The service is fast & friendly, but it can get very busy at peak hours- believe me, it is worth the wait. Handcrafted & seasoned potato chips & cheese curds. This place is a snack haven. A Grenville gem, 3min from Ontario. Nice little 'border stop'.

BonjourNous y sommes allés 2 fois pour emmener des amis qui ne connaissaient pas la queue de castor.Il y a 1 seule caisse.Il y avait 1 file d'attente pour les clients qui voulaient 1 glace et une deuxième pour ceux qui voulaient 1 queue de castor.Lorsque c'était notre tour, on nous a dit d'attendre derrière ceux qui voulaient 1 glace.De nouveaux clients sont arrivés et sont allés directement du côté de la queue de castor.Ils ont été servis tout de suite alors que nous étions en train d'attendre sur lafile pour les glaces.Pas de serviabilité.Pas d'organisation.Manque de respect.On nous fait glisser nos queues de castor sur le comptoir comme si la personne n'en avait rien à faire.Pas de coulis mis sur les bananes.Merci.Très belle image de personnes qui ont vraiment besoin de travailler.Félicitations.Vous pouvez changer de métier.J'ai reçu une adresse mail pour les contacter.J'ai envoyé 2 fois 1 mail.Personne ne m'a contacté.Continuez à encaisser l'argent.C'est ça le business.
