I decided to go in instead of going through the drive through. The young gentleman who served me was was polite and efficient.
BUT!!! The three young girls in the kitchen needs to learn to do alot less talking and more work.
I was the only one inside waiting for my order. I waited 20 mins.
For a breakfast bagel.
When I ask if it will take much longer. I need to leave. The girl through my sandwich at the gentleman who served me. The food came out of the bag. The server ask the young girl to fix it up. I was disgusted. And walked out.

7 employees working, only 1 person in line in front of me and yet it took 10 minutes before I could place my order. I almost got back in my car to go through the drive-thru, it would have been quicker...
You need to review your work organization (and employee training) for greater efficiency. The girl at the cash register was working alone in the room and it took her more than 10 minutes to make 4 coffees for the previous customer (she had started before I arrived). I was patient, but at least 2 people behind me left before I placed my order.
All this so that in the end someone would say to me “there was no baguette bread for your club, there were even square loaves”. “Well, I've been waiting for quite a long time, so I'm going to pay for a large baguette and have my small square loaf instead.”

Restaurant could use cleaning tables more often. Several tables were dirty and we went around 4 p.m., almost no customers. The trash cans were almost full.

There was no one in Tim's, however, it took an extremely long time, the chicken in my wrap was so overcooked it was tough and dry, the iced coffee tasted burnt, and the cashier's smile was optional. Rarely seen this in a Tim. It must be hell during busy periods!

The customer service is very bad, I was waiting so long and no body was asking for my order. Finally I had to say hello loudly, and after some hesitation, a crew come to the cashier to me. When I was receiving my coffee, the crew throw it to me. Very rude.
