Absolutely filthy store. Bathroom was disgusting with pee everywhere and no toilet paper. The garbage cans in the restaurant were overflowing. There was maybe one tenth of the normal donuts and muffins available. The staff did not appear happy and this makes me question what type of management was on duty today. Avoid this Tim's and go get a coffee at a gas station or McDonald's.

WORST TIM HORTONS EVER!!!!!!!
the staff is legitimately incompetent. Like clinically. The lineup is 10 people long. Zero person at the cash. The despicable manager is having one employee count straws while people are not getting served. The one person working is new and making mistakes for each individual order. A basic coffee is taking 12 minutes to serve while seniors are patiently waiting while standing. New people should not be working alone if they are still unable to process orders. Drive over the bridge to hawksbury for faster more competent service.
