7 employees working, only 1 person in line in front of me and yet it took 10 minutes before I could place my order. I almost got back in my car to go through the drive-thru, it would have been quicker...
You need to review your work organization (and employee training) for greater efficiency. The girl at the cash register was working alone in the room and it took her more than 10 minutes to make 4 coffees for the previous customer (she had started before I arrived). I was patient, but at least 2 people behind me left before I placed my order.
All this so that in the end someone would say to me “there was no baguette bread for your club, there were even square loaves”. “Well, I've been waiting for quite a long time, so I'm going to pay for a large baguette and have my small square loaf instead.”

Restaurant could use cleaning tables more often. Several tables were dirty and we went around 4 p.m., almost no customers. The trash cans were almost full.

There was no one in Tim's, however, it took an extremely long time, the chicken in my wrap was so overcooked it was tough and dry, the iced coffee tasted burnt, and the cashier's smile was optional. Rarely seen this in a Tim. It must be hell during busy periods!

The customer service is very bad, I was waiting so long and no body was asking for my order. Finally I had to say hello loudly, and after some hesitation, a crew come to the cashier to me. When I was receiving my coffee, the crew throw it to me. Very rude.

Good food they filled the order at 35% we ordered 1 plain bagel with cream cheese, fine herbs and bacon, there was no bacon and for the other meal they were completely wrong they gave the complete opposite of what we had ordered the service lacks the capacity to repeat orders as necessary to be sure that they have taken the correct order the time before receiving our order at the counter is not adapted to the number of employees behind the counter 1-2 at counter order 2-3 drive-thru 2 in the kitchen and 1 who took inventory (Assumptions) otherwise the rest was more or less correct

I went last Saturday evening, August 11, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. I ordered an iced cappuccino when it arrived at the window and the girl told me $4 and some... I gave it to her and she came back to tell me that it cost me $8!?! ? I ask her why she doesn't say that it's two large French vanillas so I say that I only ordered an iced cappuccino she leaves... another girl comes back 3 minutes later to tell me again that I ordered two large vanillas French!!! Hey there are limits to being taken for crossers at Tim Hortons there
