Domaine Du Vieux Couvent offers an exceptional dining experience with excellent service and friendly staff. Guests can savor their delicious dishes, such as linguine with chicken and Alfredo sauce, or unique oysters with a special sauce featuring pineapple and celery. The restaurant boasts a fantastic view overlooking the water and serves generous portions of perfectly prepared food. Enjoy their specialty drinks, including convent lemonade. The breakfast may not be filling, but the evening menu is impressive.
The establishment is a small 11-room converted convent, where the building conversion is well done, adding modern room facilities while maintaining the heritage features. Although there is no elevator, the cheerful staff are more than willing to help with luggage. Rooms are spacious, with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport and has an adjoining restaurant with nice views of the sea, making it a relaxing place to stay. While there is no overnight staff, the current owner's potential successors show promise for the future.
