Great beer, my go to drink!

Just a comment on their Gluten Free beer. The team has mastered flavour in GF beers which often is a huge challenge. They offer Blonde, Rousse, Blanche, and IPA. All the beers have unique flavor profiles making it easy to find your own go-to. Thanks for offering GF options. Looking forward to visiting your Brasserie soon..

We arrived there by chance and found a very nice place!Good beers, diverse snack menu and very friendly staff.We are not from the area and unfortunately will not be able to return there ?But we recommend it to those who hesitate!

Most beers on the board were not available.(Wrote in chalk I would have deleted them)Also as a welcome we were told we would have to leave in 30 minutes as the venue was reserved for a group .Payment terminal is wireless but you have to go to the bar.Unfortunately there were no heady topper.( Oh sorry it's not the Alchemist) ?

Wow what a discovery! As a former 'wine lover', I have recently converted to discovering the world of brewing. I went to the Alchemist and I'm in shock: A trippy gang, people who know about it (without taking themselves for others...!) and who invite you into this universe by telling you: "come sit down, we're going to talk!". They take the time, adapt to their clientele (while I was there, an older couple showed up and then a small family arrived and, in both cases, the conversations, just as respectful one than the other, made sure that the guests had wide smiles) and seemed to enjoy the moment with you.....

An amazing place to discover new crafted beers. Great selection of beers on tap that will satisfy any taste. From sour to sweet, to more traditional, the choice is yours.Food appetizers are tasty and fresh. Good selection. There's even a little shop to pick the products you like or would like to try at home.Even had the chance to chat a bit with a brewer to get more information on the products available. Very friendly and knowledgeable.It's a small and quiet place. Don't expect a lot of animation, this isn't your typical neighborhood bar.Definitely worth it for beer enthusiasts!

Parking: Parking is not an issue, the business is located in an industrial area.
