“The team, skilfully led by the warm and smiling Esteban, always works very hard to provide fast service that meets the needs of the people it serves. Although we are number 2122 or 403, we never feel like one. Each customer is important to them, especially to Mr. Esteban, who at each visit makes it a point of honor that each person leaves happy and satisfied. This is also the case for Miss Jessie who makes an excellent second to our dear captain. When you introduce yourself and are greeted by your first name, you see that customer service is at its peak (or that you are eating a little too much McDonald's). Probably a bit of both in fact... Always delicious food, courteous and friendly employees, exceptional boss, good atmosphere, clean despite the astronomical amount of muggles passing by every hour, the ice cream machine is never broken, generous on extra pickles and so on. Thank you to the team who, day after day, despite the rushes, the impatient and unpleasant customers, the heat and the smell of fried foods, continue to offer us impeccable service. I am each time captivated by your dedication. I find it difficult to bring up a negative point so if I had to force myself I would say that the manager only speaks French, English and Spanish, so it is impossible to be served in Elvish or Klingon. A big 10/10 for the staff, the food, the atmosphere and the overall experience.“

Maybe we should only hire people who are respectful and welcome, not young people, I like, like the case here, to have this kind of staff, it's my personal opinion of course“

“Fast service and normal McDonald's food. The only note I would like to make is please bear in mind the high school kids are also there on their lunch hour on school days. Still the service is usually pretty fast. Just long lineups if the students are there. However, the kids are always polite!!!“
