McDonald's in Longueuil

“For the food, well, it's McDonald's, but for the wait before you get your food, wow, it's long ?, for the atmosphere, it's okay, but there are often people who chill with their coffee for a long time and we know although this restaurant is not very big so no place to sit well well“

“For about 4 months, the "coke" liquor has never tasted the same, sometimes it's too sweet, sometimes it tastes like water, then this evening Friday February 9, 2024, it's terrible... .No sugar.It's the same thing with filter coffee, it is more diluted than in other McDonald's.It's a lot less busy than last year!It's a real shame, especially at the price you're charging now!“

“I really like this branch, but there is one problem that strikes me with McDonald's in general. People are so busy with their work that they don't have time to take care of customers. Even if there is no customer, there should be an employee waiting for the customer at the checkout because the customer asks questions, their requests change, but I know nothing will be done. This is the general problem with chain restaurants.“

“Passing through the driveway and helped within à minutes. The employee was very clear and helped us with our order. Also asked for an extra’s which we took. At the counter a friendly person apologizing and advised us waiting on the parking what was perfect for us. Couple minutes later are fresh coffee and very warm arrived. Again very friendly. It was finally great service and good food.“

“Went to this McDonalds to try the new Chicken BigMac. After opening my order, i was distraught to see my chicken big mac was actually a normal big mac! Thankfully, upon informing the kind gentleman at the front, he apologized and promptly swapped it out for a fresh chicken big mac and even brought it to my table when it was ready. The chicken big mac was delicious.

The windows provide nice light and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would come back.“

“Although I rarely eat at any restaurant let alone fast food when I need to due to unplanned extreme hunger I will go to McDonald's and order their fish sandwich and French fries or their coffee Mcfkurry.

The service at this location is exceptionally unique and perfect!

The drive-through window employees are so kind efficient and I was uniquely impressed.
French fries were crisp fish sandwich on point.
