“We've always had bad experiences dining in. There's always a problem with their dispensers whenever we were there. It could just be pure bad luck for us. Just like many McDonald's restaurants, this one has its own share of weird customers. This review could have been a 1 star. However, this is where the difference is like day and night: McDonald's app. You order in advance and then you arrive at your designated pickup spot. They then deliver everything to your car! We've done that over 50 times so far, it's been consistently quick, fries are always hot, nothing like dining in and drive-thru.“

I went to the restaurant on Tuesday January 28, 2025 around 6:30 p.m. I took a trio of medium size fish fillet with fries and as the smoothies were not available, I wanted to have a medium size mango-pineapple smoothie without yogurt, so I took a medium size orange juice. I ordered at the terminal, I decided to pay at the counter, the paper did not print. I went to see the cashier and as there had been a problem with another customer's card, he was the one who ordered before me, he was a big idiot. THERE ARE TWO CASH POSTS SO THERE SHOULD BE TWO CASHIERS BEHIND THE POSTS NOT JUST ONE! Well, after this event, it was my turn and the cashier asked me if it is a fish net, it is necessary to say net fish, we are in Quebec not in France. After that is good, there was next to me, a father who ate with his two children, two girls, and at one point he says: (I start losing patience, I will end up thinking that it's stupidity.) Children have no concept of time, of course they are stupid, they are children. The floor was dirty. But I still loved my experience despite all that.“

“Pretty much like McDonald's. Sometimes the lines are long if you go at a rush hour, but otherwise it's pretty quick.

Courteous and good-humoured staff.

They don't make mistakes in my orders unlike other McDonald's.

I never go inside but there are children's play modules for families.

“Standard McDonald's fair and pricing. Service has always been quick and friendly in my experience. Location itself is small and often overcrowded during peak hours, so packed that it makes things a bit hectic and even at times hard to hear your order number being called out.“

“My preferred downtown McDonald's! Although this is one of the few that doesn't have the ordering screens. I'm an app user though so I just do it through there. The food usually is done in a timely manner, some McD's take years out here from some reason. Although yesterday there was no ketchup. None whatsoever, and I asked for BBQ and was met with attitude and that I'd have to pay. None in the pump and no sachets? I think you can give me a BBQ (?) on top of that the last two times never any coke Zero in the soda machine.

Can't complain here, I work nearby but started lately and have been going there for lunch.
It's always very busy and it seems the parking lot is not very big..
The food was always fresh and accurate orders too.
The wait can be somewhat long because it's often busy like I said but at least you know the turnover is good.
I had the McChicken and the mcdouble with fries and soo far it's good food
The four stars is because they don't have napkins or straws available, you have to ask for them although they give u one or two in your bag.
So bottom line, from my thousands of McDonald's visited, I can assure you this one has good food. It was always fresh and hot.
I say you should go try it, why not it's been a while now you haven't been so go try it NOW❗

Too tired to check the bag inventory myself, I looked at this young man, who assured me what was ordered was in the bag. “Today Saturday April 4 10A.M. the service was beyond reproach. Cashier and what appeared to be the manager was excellent to everyone that was served during the 18 minutes i was there. I hope they keep it up. Other restaurants can learn from this staff.

Update June 9th 2026. Well it didn't last very long today I went in at 9:30 a.m. and my sausage McMuffin was lukewarm so I asked him to microwave it for 20 seconds the cashier a male looked at me with a deer in a headlight look so I set it in French that was worse. Got my sausage to make muffin back boiling hot turn rock hard in 20 seconds so I'm guessing he shoved it in there for over a minute and the whole process took 10 minutes from the time I asked him to the time I got it back which was longer than the actual order itself. Need to speak English or French and understand it either one will do“
