I had a very weird experience in my this visit. I noticed they have three or four support person over there but they couldn't manage the customer even though there was no rush that time. Mostly I don't like, they removed a bunch of undelivered order number from the screen before delivered the foods. None of pay machine printing was not working. Such a bed experience.
Service was a little slow but good was great!
Dirty restrooms with doors that don’t lock. Overly crowded downstairs.

Enjoy a McDouble or smoothie, but be aware that poutine quality can vary. The space upstairs offers great street views, though tables can feel sticky. Free public bathrooms are available, but the place gets pretty crowded. Service can be hit or miss, with some staff not being polite, and the dine-in area sometimes closes unexpectedly. Food quality may vary, with some items like buttered bagels being served instead of listed options. Despite this, the restaurant remains clean with staff actively maintaining the area.
