Evening staff is utterly horrible. Took over 40 minutes to get my food. Staff seemed totally unconcerned and were just talking to each other and hanging out rather than working. I was there at 1 am on the weekend. Not too late for fast food … I’d expect atleast some respect and decent hygiene. I’d give lower than 1 star if I could
What ever custom option you put in your order, they give you in the way THEY like. They won't fix it either.
Expect to wait 15-20 mins for your order. The kiosk doesn’t print out receipts. There’s a regular unhoused person who does their rounds of asking for change every 5 mins. Staff doesn’t care if customers are visibly being harassed. This location is either severely understaffed for such a busy location or they genuinely don’t prioritize customer service.
