I want to give a special shoutout to Alicia at the McGill food court location for going above and beyond when I couldn’t get the app to work.
I was happy to just pay but Alicia helped me get it sorted and I was able to redeem my points and get it for free!
You are a credit to your team, Alicia, and I hope your bosses recognize that!

McDonald's offers good service with attentive staff. The store in Quebec is known for perfectly golden fries and well-assembled burgers. One customer enjoyed a trio meal with new seasoned fries, which was initially incorrect but quickly corrected by the staff. Despite a missing ingredient in a hamburger, the customer still had a satisfying experience. With fast service and consistent quality, this McDonald's branch is highly recommended for delicious meals and friendly service.
