Unreal service the worst I’ve ever seen from a so-called top notch organization very disappointing having to wait 20 minutes for a child’s menu in the drive-through
The breakfast crew here is so consistently bad that 9 out of 10 of my visits I've had wrong orders. Today I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches, with sausage egg and cheese, I reiterated egg and cheese, they asked me if I wanted egg and I said yes, when I received my order, no egg or cheese, when I returned to correct my order I again reiterated egg AND cheese. They added the egg and still forgot the cheese. And after all of that forgot my coffee.

Came to this mcds on Jan 11 past midnight and the people working asked us to wait, but then refused to answer or serve us. We had no choice but to leave…. When we passed the window, they were talking. Extremely annoying.

McDonald's is a well-equipped restaurant with wheelchair accessibility, including a front door with electric opening, ample space to move around, and removable tables with table service upon request. Customers have praised the fast service, personalized orders, and overall improvement in the restaurant's operations compared to previous visits. While experiences may vary, the restaurant is known for its efficiency and outstanding service. The parking lot is small and often crowded, making the environment noisy but not rowdy. The staff generally provides good service, and the food is consistently fresh and accurate. Recent visitors enjoyed meals like the McChicken and the McDouble with fries, noting that the food was hot and well-prepared, although sometimes wait times can be longer during busy hours. Some customers mentioned that the restaurant could improve its customer handling, especially regarding in-store ordering lines, as there can be delays when people who ordered by phone arrive before in-store customers. Overall, the restaurant remains a popular choice for quick, tasty meals, with the famous McDonald's taste always present.
