“I arrived at the restaurant with my three young children, and it was a bit of a struggle—especially with the -20 degrees weather and my three-year-old daughter having a full-blown tantrum. A very kind gentleman (who seemed to be the manager) immediately stepped in to help, offering her a balloon and then an ice cream cone to comfort her.
When the situation escalated and began to disturb other diners, he thoughtfully suggested I move with my daughter to a quieter side of the room. While I was focused on her, I kept checking on my sons, only to find them happily eating and chatting with the manager. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Despite the chaos, they made us feel welcome and well-cared for in such a warm, cozy atmosphere. Thank you!“
