“One of the best fast food places in the west! Staffs are always polite, kind, friendly and patient even towards the end of the night! The food has always been delicious and fresh. For the amount of time I have picked up from here I never had a bad experience! Thank you so much for your service! It’s greatly appreciated! For people who read this, ask them for a their tip jar and give them a tip! They truly deserve it!“

“Sharing on behalf of my friend:
On Thursday, July 16, my friend (who gets around with a walker) fell on the cement patio in front of the entrance to the restaurant. 2 young men were able to get her back on her feet and 2 of the restaurant employees, Alyssa and Mamduh, came out to help me get her into the restaurant. They made sure she was OK and gave us excellent service. When it was time for us to leave, they helped my friend into the car and even put the walker on the back seat of the car.
I commend Alyssa and Mamduh for their show of empathy and for going beyond their job requirements. They are model employees.“

“Amazing service. I was on a long walk and was out of water, so I came in just looking to get my bottle refilled. The employee was very friendly and hospitable. He filed my bottle right away (with ice :D) an even gave me a free soda on my way out.
I didn't get the chance to try their food, but a dollar hot dog just seems like incredible value.“

“The client experience this Dairy Queen staff provide should be the standard for all businesses in client services. An employee by the name of Matthew served my family as if he was the invested owner leaving an incredible lasting impression for our first experience creating a lifetime client. Additionally, the other staff members are also very impressionable. Kudos to Matthew and all the staff and the investors at this location. Exemplary service!“
