“This was my first time coming to this burger restaurant in Laval. My friends had been bragging about their burgers and that this was a hidden gem… and I’ll tell you something… it did not disappoint at all.

First of all the service was excellent… they are extremely passionate about their quality of meat and freshness of the burgers. They explained that even the buns are custom made for their restaurants from the baker… and I’ll post a pic… this was the truffle burger… It was better than expected… honestly you have to try it for yourselves… I promise you won’t be disappointed… this is now my favourite burger spot in Laval.“

“Me and the wife cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We have date nights every now and then, usually restaurants are "pretty good!" but this was "fucking good". The pork belly is to die for. We will 100% go back again. She said it's as good as a place she still remember in Huston. 9/10 excellent restaurant. Improvement points : Ribs et brisket sont un peu inconsistent. Des deux fois que j'y suis aller, le résultat légèrement différent pour les deux. Pour la brisket, ma première fois était so so, ma dernière fois excellente. Les ribs sont un peu raide overall, pourrait être plus tendre. Online, on ne pouvais pas réserver pour deux, ce qui est un peu domage. Cela dit, ya tellement de monde que j'imagine qu'ils n'ont pas besoin de réservation pour petit groupes. Je tenterai d'appeller la prochaine fois. Pour le reste, c'est une question de préférence. Oui c'est un BBQ place, ce sera gras (it SHOULD be...). Oui, c'est bruillant, c'est un restaurant assez populaire (de par l'excellente bouffe). C'est comme presque tout les resto du coins qui ne sont pas de la fine cuisine... Again, we will go again.“

“First time over there. It must have taken me a full half hour just to decide which burger I was going to have. The list is so long, so many different yummy options. I will definitely be back again. The one I had was the holy Swiss, I believe, and it was absolutely delicious with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. The owner was there and was just so nice. Very down to earth. What about the waitress? She was really professional with a dazzling smile, and she really made the evening pleasant. If you like burgers you will LOVE Notre Boeuf de Grace. I highly recommend it!!!“

“Laval restaurant is the first Billy K’s that I have eaten at. Since then I have gone to the one in Cornwall I found the food not as good as the one in Laval. The same goes for the one in Vaudrueil and Montreal North, nothing beats the taste of the one in Laval. As far as I am concerned the one in Laval is the best Billy K’s, the staff is great especially the manager (forgot to ask for her name older lady she is fantastic. It’s a bit small for the price but the thin bread is a nice concept. Friendly service although I have to advise the manager not to scream at your employees and even less if you have clients around. On this visit from California, I had to get some flame ? broiled Harvey's hamburgers; instead of the pre-made McDonald's versions. I got the Double Cheeseburger Combo Meal for about $14CDN+tax & GST of course. It comes with the two flamed broiled patties with fresh lettuce, tomato & a slice of dill pickle, and a fries or onion ring as a side, along with a drink (unlimited refills). The best part is you get unlimited hot drinks as well, coffee, espresso drinks from Americano, to Cappuccino, et., with unlimited refills. THIS is the best part, other than the ??broiled Harvey's hamburgers, I can't live without my daily jolts of Joe's!?????“

“I've never written a review on Google, but this is definitely worth it. I've eaten there a few times now and each time it's been perfect. The sub is excellent (I've never been to Subway since). Fries and poutines: REAL ones, not like McDo poutine which looks like butter soup.

Personally, I'm young and I eat a lot and I'm always afraid of not being full, but this is the perfect quantity for very regular prices. It’s become routine after our football matches for my friends and I.

And then the service is exceptional because I really felt that the servers measured their contact with the customer well. They are genuine (no fake sympathy just to get a tip) and efficient in their interactions.

“I remember when the mushroom burger was in, it was probably the best burger I've ever had at a&w, especially when you replace the aioli with mozza sauce *mouah* chefs kiss, they gotta bring it back asap. This a&w is very clean staff is welcoming and food is high quality. Since the Mushroom burger's not there right now, i'd recommend the mozza burger combo with fries and a sprite.

Vegetarian options: They have the Beyond burger, I haven't tried it but I know it's there so thats an option, they also have lettuce wrapped burgers if you cant or dont want to have buns.

Dietary restrictions: You can tell the cashier what you want or dont want, and they'll tell the kitchen crew so they people making the sandwiches know what to put and what not to put

Parking: its not that its difficult to find parking, its just that when it gets busy, it fills up quickly, there are 6 parking spots plus 1 handicap spot, other options would be to go park in the gas station parking lot which has 6 extra spots

Kid-friendliness: they have 2 child seats and the kids menu has a lot of good options

Wheelchair accessibility: They have 1 handicap friendly table, you can move chairs as you wish to make enough space if needed“

“It's tricky to find new places to eat when you are in a different city. Burger restaurants are usually a safe bet. Well, this one is a very safe bet.
We ordered 2 different burgers with fries and decided to share. What a great idea. Burgers are easy to cut in half
This way, we got to try different ones; like sliders.
Burger 1 was the Holy Swiss, and Burger 2 was the Divine Inspiration. One was not better than the other. They were both amazing. The beef patties were perfectly cooked, and the bun held all the toppings together . OMG the fries. What can I say? Home cut. Not frozen. I needed more.
Maybe because it was past the lunch hour when we arrived, but it was a bit quiet. It's the type of place, with its fun decor, that needs a fun crowd . You have to try this restaurant chain.
With its 13 locations, you are sure to find one near you.

Parking: Because this location is in a Smart Center, there is always a spot available .“

“We always go to Jack Astor's for our family birthdays but tonight was really special. Our waitress for the evening was Peggy and she just happens to have the same birthday as our Grandma! We got to celebrate together ? she gave us excellent service. Always pleasant, smiling, great sense of humor!
