“The woman working tonight is a true gem. This place would be lost without her. I come in regularly and the service is only good when she is there. I had to come in today with a lot of change and felt so bad, she reassured me and was so incredibly sweet about the whole interaction. She even remembered the pickles I always add to my wrap. She is truly great and I really think this place would tank without her wonderful service.“

“Frequent visitors to this location, always consistent service and food quality.
As usual despite being very busy the food and drinks came efficiently. Overall a staple in Laval albeit the pricing is getting quite expensive.

“Very busy with the soccer on the tv. Decided to sit outside patio, much nicer. There was a group of people at the next table who were disruptive and rude, sneaking in through the patio door and then expecting to be served. The manager Lanora came and spoke to them quite politely and explained that there was a waitlist and their name was for the inside not patio. They were quite disruptive and impolite. Kind of ruined the rest of our meal. Manager was quite professional.“

It was an event night, but still were told there was going to be a little wait, the owner was very efficient, he took our order as we waited, so that when the table was ready, the food followed, we sat around the time he promised, very efficient. “Atmosphere could use much improvement. The Laval location is from the 80’s and looks like it hasn’t seen an update since its opening. It has washed out seats, stained ceiling tiles and very poor dark lighting. It was nice to eat outside. The food is amazing and the reason I’ve been going for over 50 years. With the expensive cost of eating out you need to offer a trio or loyalty card. I remember when Dic was alive he wouldn’t charge me for my fountain soda drinks. I miss Dic and those days. We need a West Island location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“The restaurant is clean and you can tell the employees and the management care about giving good service. Had a minor issue with my order and the manager offered a free meal. Also, the breakfast there are way better then McDonald's or Tim's. So is the coffee.“

“Been going to this DQ every year for who knows how long now since I was living nearby but now that I moved out of my parent's place it's one thing i definitely miss about Lachine. Eating ice cream near the Lachine canal is such a goated routine, they have lots of options for cakes, slushies, hotdogs, and other stuff that other Dairy Queen locations doesn't have as well!
