Our Urbereats ordered consisted of 5 cheeseburgers amongst other items and all 5 burgers were missing ketchup and the meat was disgusting! The fries were cold and moist. Food's the same but they are always understaffed and confused. I once saw a drunk try to get to the washroom but the only cashier wasn't around for ages so she ended up wetting herself. Orders for fast food are very slow.
