The service is improving, with fast service for some orders, like the vari-barrel, which was served in just 7 minutes. However, there can be long wait times, as some customers experienced over an hour of waiting even when the restaurant was not that full. The restaurant, though old, provides a good dining experience, especially for kids who love chicken. The parking lot is spacious, and the wheelchair accessibility is manageable with no entry stairs and a low counter for easy ordering. Many hope future visits will be better, as PFK Joliette is considered one of the best in Lanaudière.
