I ordered true Uber eats and items was missing from my order and I call the restaurant and she said there is nothing she can do about it Because I used Uber Eats,Make sure you open the bag or box of your delivery before the driver leaves !!!!

Very absurd, a wait of an hour and a half, poutine lack of soft potato sauce, mushy chicken, two half-filled chicken wraps and then call the restaurant just to be told that as long as the owners make money everything will be fine . No common sense $130 for this seagull food. Extremely disappointing new administration. Next time order from Beny without hesitation.

The order took 1.5 hours to arrive and everything was cold. The wraps were half filled and no sauce for the mega-sized poutine… $120 for an order quite disappointed

I ordered a 6 breast fillets meal. When ordering on the site, there is no way to choose fries as a side dish, to continue the order you have to choose an extra. The site shows $19.99 plus taxes, so I call to place the order and surprise when it arrives, it becomes $23.49 plus taxes. Nice gang of thieves!

I waited for my order online, no delivery. After a call from me. I was told that the order was stuck in the computer????? So they didn't receive it. I highly doubt their explanation. Rather an oversight? No discounts, no offers for the mistake. I was only asked if I still wanted my order. I'm at work without lunch, yes I want to eat, but my lunch hour was over.

I have ordered from them several times, the prices are very good, the food excellent and they always remember to put utensils every time. Really I could have given it an 8/5 star :) And both the staff who take the orders and those who deliver, a big wow.
