Their incredible fried chicken truly needs no introduction—always fresh, perfectly fried, and served hot. Today, though, I want to highlight their exceptional customer service. I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal for pickup, but when I got home, I realized the French fries were missing. I called them, and they immediately apologized and offered to deliver the fries to my address. Not only did they deliver promptly, but they also included double the portion of fries along with a cinnamon apple pie as a bonus. You guys are absolutely amazing!
