The Rail Coal Fire Bistro

I visit the rail pretty regularly and while over the years I've generally had a good time, I was met with the opportunity to be served by an individual named Demiana and it left a lasting impression. I had noticed she was a little peculiar from the start but I couldn't place it until she pulled out her notepad and I noticed a small bag with white powder stuck to the back of the notepad. I can't make a definitive statement on what was in that bag, but after I saw it, let's just say her mannerisms started to make sense. Her energy seemed to peak and crash throughout the service. It made me uncomfortable to see this girl handling food while clearly not in a "sober" mindset. As much as the rail has been great to me, it's hard to come eat at a place where the person serving you is clearly strung out. I don't know what might fall into my food, I don't know if she's even lucid enough to have a grasp on food safety. Personally I would recommend refraining from eating at this establishment until they get their hiring practices in order. It's not worth the risk of having this mystery powder end up in your food. What a shame.
