There are better places for pitas around but in terms of a combo plate… The quantity, the quality and the freshness are 10/10. The rice has a great aroma, salads are fresh, the meats are seasoned to perfection and best of all….they aren’t cheap with the garlic sauce and hummus!!! They don’t give you those tiny cups and charge you.

I grew up around this place and used to go as a kid after playing outside all day. In recent years I went back to see if it was all just nostalgia…Nope!

Cherry on top, the owner who’s been there since I was a kid, remembered me from that long ago. As many comments have stated already, he’s a wonderful guy.

“This is a continuation of the review from Nicolas, I am the brother in law in question. We have ordered from here many times and each time the food has always been heavenly. Today was an especially sentimental day as Nicolas asked me to be his groomsmen here. We celebrated with eating some delicious koobide, barg and jooje kebab that was out of this world! Thank your Datis for making this an unforgettable day for us with exceptional service ! We will be back!”

“What a great experience we had for our first time dining at Pizzeria Bros today! The service is terrific, the food a diverse choice of appetizers, salads, pizza to die for! And the pasta, cannoli and brownies so delicious. We were 6 diners, a mix of vegan and meat lovers and we were all very satisfied with the array of choices. We will be back again soon, no doubt. “I ordered a custom vegan vanilla cake. Great experience! I was only able to give about a week's notice and Sarwat came up with a super creative, clean design based on a couple of images of inspiration I sent for a spooky-themed birthday party. Communication when placing the order was quick and easy. They also did their best to accommodate us for pickup/delivery, which was greatly appreciated. The cake itself was a hit with guests. Would definitely order from here again!”

“Our new favourite for pizzas, subs and wings! Small family business that know how to treat their customers. Very clean staff, food is fresh & generous portions...but best of all they make their pizzas homemade from scratch. A hidden gem!”

“The pizza came out hot and fresh. The crust had a nice crunch to it, the toppings were well-balanced, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Even though it was pretty busy, the service was impeccable.

Overall, this is a reliable and well-kept up Pizza Hut location with good food and service. Highly recommend, will be back in the near future.”

I would describe their food like this :

calzone 5/5 - I ask for chilli on the side with mine.

pizza 4/5 -- not partial to saute onion, but still good- some like it

ambiance -- 5/5 clean and owner is always ready to talk about his pics with rock and roll legends.

“This is my family's favourite quick meal in our neighbourhood. When a storm changed our holiday travel plans last December, we even opted for Boustan as our family's Christmas dinner! That's why it was a no-brainer to me that when we needed someone to cater our women's conference at Église Baptiste Évangélique Emmanuel, Boustan be our first choice. We had over 160 women attend, and their unanimous feedback on our Google Form was that the food was 5/5. We've already booked them for our next event in June. Chadi, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with.”

Explained my dietary needs and cost constraints for my orders and they were very accommodating and took the time to discuss and make suggestions for me everytime…for my small and big orders. “We regularly pick up the chef's choice platter from the Sushi Shop Kirkland, which has a few of the basic and not so wow additions, but I must say the Mother's Day platter (May 11'25) was so delicious that we called them back to let them know how amazing it was. I wish they offered whatever that combo was on a regular basis!

This is a takeout place, so atmosphere doesn't really count, but it is very clean.”
