I was only able to give about a week's notice and Sarwat came up with a super creative, clean design based on a couple of images of inspiration I sent for a spooky-themed birthday party. Communication when placing the order was quick and easy. They also did their best to accommodate us for pickup/delivery, which was greatly appreciated. The cake itself was a hit with guests. Would definitely order from here again!“

I dealt with, I think is the manager, her name is JASPREET, she is the BEST !!
I had forgotten my wallet at home when going through the drive-thru, and she told me it was ok and to come back later, so I thanked her so much and went back about 2 hrs later, WITH my wallet, and paid her what I owed.
I am diabetic, so it was VERY important for me to eat my lunch, so it’s a good thing Jaspreet DID what she did ! Thank you again!
You will not find many employees like that nowadays !!!
So Tim Hortons please think highly of this employee when it’s time for raises !!!

I bought several types of croissants, pistachio, Nutella, cheese.... and a loaf of rye bread and had it sliced thick for toasting. The staff were so polite and accommodating. Very fresh ingredients and home made bread. Only two people working and they looked busy but still took the time to warmly serve me. I hope I did not bother them as I think I came past their schedule. Would happily go back here when I am in Pointe Claire. Very good breakfast restaurant and in-house bakery.“
