This is my family's favourite quick meal in our neighbourhood. When a storm changed our holiday travel plans last December, we even opted for Boustan as our family's Christmas dinner! That's why it was a no-brainer to me that when we needed someone to cater our women's conference at Église Baptiste Évangélique Emmanuel, Boustan be our first choice.
