The Tim Hortons on the corner of Saint-Charles and Antoine-Faucon , is the only one in the west island that is clean and maintain standards. The owner is always ther standing over people's heads making sure things get done and that the placeis CLEAN. Something we all look for.The other west island locations are disorganized . So kudos.
I’ve eaten here plenty of times because it’s right by my house and is open 24/7, I’ve had amazing service most of the time with friendly employees. However, today, I went in and ordered a simple order; roast beef sandwich with onions and cheese and some sauce. Three mains ingredients couldn’t be that complicated, well turns out it was, I was given a sandwich in a timely manner however the meat was cold, like it’d just been taken out a few hours prior and defrosted type...read full review

I used to love this coffee shop, but after recently changing some of the servers I've had a very bad experience, first because I was warned and laughed at because a friend waited for me at my seat and didn't order right away, and then I was blankly stared at for saying the wrong word while ordering.These are small things but enough to make you unhappy for the whole day
