I ordered a hot drink in advance but then tried it and realized she made it iced not hot.. she then made the correct drink but kept the other to throw away despite me offering to take it .. she refused cause it it wasn’t paid for .. I just find it unfortunate cause they’re wasting a drink that I already took a sip from / at other Starbucks places, when they make a mistake with my drinks they tell me to keep the wrong ones as a courtesy for the error and to avoid wasting

I arrived there at 640pm on a Saturday night. I order the promotional item to be told that she deep cleaned the machine so she couldn’t do that drink. They close at 8pm. In that area there are 2 locations. They both close at 8pm on a Saturday night! Unacceptable

This Starbucks is in Provigo, the environment is actually very good. But to my surprise, even if there are few customers, this store made a lot of mistakes in making drinks, either putting less of this or that. Their young employees are doing better.

It would make a lot more sense if the Starbucks was downstairs and not upstairs inside the Provigo grocery store because imagine how many accidents can customers make, spilling their drinks all over the elevator and the floors get slippery and sticky? Other than that, their food and drinks are not bad.

I think this is my favorite Starbucks!! They consistently make amazing drinks, and it's very fast. I'm in and out, and Gang is a pleasure to see every morning.
