friendly employees and clean environment. upon claiming my free birthday ice cream, i was unpleasantly surprised by having to pay an extra charge for the vegan matcha flavour. while i found the flavour earthy and well-balanced, the consistency was off; it was more so gummy than smooth and creamy. the vegan dark chocolate dip was tasty and rather sweet, however it was very thick and prone to cracking, making for a messy eating experience as the ice cream leaked through. hopefully...read full review
