Drove down from Montreal before my flight back home to California. Was met and greeted by Austin who was super friendly and we clicked instantaneously. He showed me around the store and all their duck meat products along with their cooked and prepared food lines. I definitely want to stay long enough next time to try out their duck poutine tourtine. I just so happen to be there on their R&D day while a client was in so the smell of cooked duck wafted in from the test kitchen side...read full review
Amazing to see the range of duck products available. Only a few were appropriate for us to purchase as tourists, but there were a few shelf-stable ones. Some interesting information about how the ducks are raised. Helpful staff.

Based on the reviews, Boutique Canards Du Lac Brome offers a little cozy corner with a historical glimpse and a trivia room. There are also recipe suggestions pinned on the wall. The store has impressive packing with great care, and nice tote bags and yellow thermal bags are available.
