Discovered by chance during a weekend in the region, this little restaurant which doesn't look much from the outside is a very nice discovery.
The decor is very kitsch, but it creates a friendly, very pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the food is very good and the service efficient and attentive.
I recommend it without hesitation

Holy Samosa! I have been real pappadum for not coming here sooner!
Fantastic atmosphere, food is excellent. Highlights: onion bhaji, Chana samosa, the daal is excellent. Lamb korma exceptional! Do not be afraid of the “foreign name desserts”, the kheer is delicious and the gulab jamun be jamuning 🤩
Thank you 🙏

The place is really beautiful however, the price is too high for the culinary quality and the portions served.

Leurs plats manquent de protéines, c'est très cher pour manger du riz et de la sauce.

What a great discovery for those who love Indian cuisine and an atypical decor for the first time I am delighted and what can I say about the service??

Excellent courteous staff. No Indian décor (everthing but Indian), no Indian music, windows almost barricaded, kind of dark & cold on them wooden benches. Have been to India 4 times. Nowhere near as spicy, not spicy at all, chili wise or otherwise as well. In order to please locals, the tone down on the spices make the food kind of dull. Guess the locals like it this way. But this is not an Indian restaurant, the names and the looks of the dish are, but taste does not come close to what could be called Indian restaurant. Would be nice to have the option to get a <real> taste of India. Chapatis were excellent…. next day after my review the owner replies: "you are unjustifiably mean spirited" Therefore, I update my review: instead of accusing customers and putting them down, an open-minded businessman would try, in my opinion to be willing to improve. I know that it is hard to please all, I mean impossible. But rest assured that your faithful clientele will come back to you. I suggest you go to Montreal and try some of the finer Indian restaurants to enhance your understanding of the Indian cuisine. It's important to highlight the rich flavors and diverse ingredients that make it so unique. From aromatic spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander to savory dishes, each bite should tantalize your taste buds. I will bring to your attention that my first review states some facts and not completely negative, did you read it well?

What a nice little gem. We were here already a few months ago with my family from Europe and we really wanted to eat Indian Food. We loved the quirckiness of the restaurant, the food was very nice and the waitress had time for a chat. All good.

Parking: There is ample space for parking, there was een a large campervan parked when we arrived. Lots of space.
