I didn’t understand my order yesterday. Pizza dough was awfully thick and doughy with even more bread straight in the middle. Could be that their smaller pizzas are not very well balanced. Not happy at all with my 40$ order. Had a large pizza a few months ago which was alright. Will give it another chance.

I'll have to disagree with Paul Vanderzon who said that the service has gotten better since the place got new owners - it's the exact opposite now, I've been a customer (correction, WAS a regular customer) for 15 years. AND on top of that they keep raising their prices every 6-8 months, AND they keep offering less customer service than they used to, constantly cutting corners. Not to mention their delivery guys keep getting lost and end up calling you to ask for directions rather than look at a map, or actually learn the streets because they rely on their GPS. Listen buddy, I pay you to figure it out - that's what delivery service is. A couple owns the place, and I spoke to (allegedly) the female owner of the place over the phone - she's completely clueless (IMO) as to how to run a business or do customer service.

Worst experience of my life, they can’t communicate locate properly at all. I asked for pizza with pepperoni, sausage and green peppers, and chicken wings they gave me pepperoni sausage and mushrooms. My mom is allergic so I called back for a new pizza, I get nothing but confusion and attitude, they have no idea what’s going on. Then I find out after the phone call that they gave me fries not wings. Totally mind blowing how incompetent they are. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Plus the pizza was burnt, just nothing at all redeeming about this restaurant.

On delivery something is always missing and sometimes I don't have the most important

Always great pizza! Usually get the hawaiin and the supreme
Pretty quick delivery time ! And great prices
Also the service is always great they always try to help the best way they can
Definitely a great pizza place in the West Island !!

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered 2 large pizzas, one was all dressed.

Literally took over an hour for delivery when I called at 4:20pm on a Thursday and received a BURNT peppers/ pizza!!!

What cook thinks it would be right to send this out to be delivered!

I called and spoke to the supervisor and she told me she will send another one out however it could take another hour, absurd!!! Requested a discount on my next order and they refused.

Not impressed at all!!! Would not recommend!

I ordered a #2; hamburger ? and fries a drink. The two girls at the checkout are very selective in their approaches. Hello and thank you have a good day to a certain clientelism and nothing with certain customers of a certain origin!!
Even though the food was take-out, I still did my part, that is to say, I gave a tip which was not obligatory. But I didn't get an order number or beverage with the order. Worse, not even a thank you and have a good day as a local sir or madam! Maybe because of my origin.
I will never go back there that's for sure. It's distressing to see the behavior of certain people who are supposed to welcome customers and offer them service. No talking about their private lives with each other while the customer waits for their order which isn't even complete by the way!

Brutal service. Old ownership pizza was good. Now lady who answers the phone is as rude as it gets. And pizza as stale as it gets?

Terrible service, receptionist always looks stupid. Dirty table, efficient table service, and cleanliness of the place is execrable. The pizza box is soaked in fat.

Worst service ever received, incomplete order, when we call them to mention no apology, no gesture of gratitude to their customers. The employees never wash their hands, the receptionists have their sweaters all dirty. And vermin walking around on the floor, complaint to the mapaq en route.
