Ordered 2 pizza online.Same order as we have ordered several times.
They sent the wrong pizza.
Refused to replace the pizza, saying it's our mistake.
Double checked our online order, it was correct.
Plenty of other pizza places in the area.

You get good quality food, it's a staple on the island. Good value.

I haven't ordered from pizza de l'ile in a long time - probably YEARS because like all the other bad reviews here, they sucked. A friend of mine who's new to the area said she orders her pizza from here and it was good so I decided to give it another try. I don't know if the staff changed or what but she was right. The pizza was good! I ordered a family combo and it was great value. I ordered online and paid at the door. Even the delivery girl was super friendly and fast delivery!

I didn’t understand my order yesterday. Pizza dough was awfully thick and doughy with even more bread straight in the middle. Could be that their smaller pizzas are not very well balanced. Not happy at all with my 40$ order. Had a large pizza a few months ago which was alright. Will give it another chance.

I'll have to disagree with Paul Vanderzon who said that the service has gotten better since the place got new owners - it's the exact opposite now, I've been a customer (correction, WAS a regular customer) for 15 years. AND on top of that they keep raising their prices every 6-8 months, AND they keep offering less customer service than they used to, constantly cutting corners. Not to mention their delivery guys keep getting lost and end up calling you to ask for directions rather than look at a map, or actually learn the streets because they rely on their GPS. Listen buddy, I pay you to figure it out - that's what delivery service is. A couple owns the place, and I spoke to (allegedly) the female owner of the place over the phone - she's completely clueless (IMO) as to how to run a business or do customer service.

Worst experience of my life, they can’t communicate locate properly at all. I asked for pizza with pepperoni, sausage and green peppers, and chicken wings they gave me pepperoni sausage and mushrooms. My mom is allergic so I called back for a new pizza, I get nothing but confusion and attitude, they have no idea what’s going on. Then I find out after the phone call that they gave me fries not wings. Totally mind blowing how incompetent they are. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Plus the pizza was burnt, just nothing at all redeeming about this restaurant.

On delivery something is always missing and sometimes I don't have the most important

Always great pizza! Usually get the hawaiin and the supreme
Pretty quick delivery time ! And great prices
Also the service is always great they always try to help the best way they can
Definitely a great pizza place in the West Island !!
