“We were disappointed in that no reservation was needed. When we arrived at the counter 2 minutes prior to our reservation time, we were told reservations were not needed and to wait in line with the others (about 10 others in line). While we actually didn't wait too long, it was frustrating that we took the time to make a reservation and then be told to wait in line with others who did not have a reservation.“
