I started with the candied char from Les Éboulements which melted in the mouth. I continued with the sweetbreads and scallops... I had never seen (and even less thought of!) this amazing combination... sweetbreads and scallops! I assure you, it's a winning and tasty combination, I recommend it without any hesitation: accompanied by carrots, potatoes and fried Kale cabbage, this comforting dish will satisfy you, I assure you! We accompanied our meal with a tasty Burgundy white wine, Domaine de la Sarazinière, which was offered at an extremely affordable price. I completed this extraordinary evening with the brownie, served hot, which was also worth the detour. The service throughout the meal was attentive and sincere.
