“Nous avons adoré notre souper au Truchon. Nous avions 3 enfants en bas de 18 mois et nous avons été vraiment bien accueilli. Notre serveur était attentionné et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les plats étaient excellents! Nous retournerons au Truchon lors de notre prochaine visite à la Malbaie ! Bravo à toute l’équipe.“

“What a great discovery during our stay!!! The waitress knows wine well and gave us the right bottle of wine to suit my taste. The service is fast and quite fast, with explanations for everyone. We ordered the foie gras, the duck breast, the halibut and the sweetbreads...EVERYTHING was beautifully arranged, both the cooking and the sauces...purées, vegetables...a place to discover...a magnificent jewelry.“

“The restaurant is located in the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu hotel. The staff is professional and competent. The service is excellent and the meals are worthy of a great chef. We highlight Charlotte’s excellent service. She was able to advise us and discuss with us. The place is calm and welcoming. I recommend this restaurant if you are in the Charlevoix region. The photo is of the view we have from the dining room and the meal is a salmon, cheese and asparagus omelette.“
