How good it is. I never fail to go there when I'm in the area. The staff could be more welcoming but otherwise great.
From the street this bakery doesn't look like much, don't be fooled by appearances!

Interesting detail, the flour comes from the Seigneurie des Aulnaies, a magnificent place which is worth the detour, whether to walk in the gardens of the Seigneurie or visit the mill (missing this place would be sacrilege).

Incredible croissant, there was also a chocolate twist and custard, sorry I don't have the exact name but really bonet excellent baguette and ultimately very good service.

Wow, so impressed with the service. Couldn’t be nicer! Thank you. It was hard to choose because everything looked so good. We decided on chocolate/sunflower seed croissants. Best we have ever had. So glad we stopped in because of the reviews. 5 ⭐️ hands down!

The best bread for miles around made with organic flours ground on stone in the mill next door and served by always smiling staff. Without forgetting their famous molasses pancakes, their croissants and their scones. It's worth the detour !

Very good bakery, excellent breads! Bavarian breads and 100% buckwheat are must-haves. For pastries, their Croissols are a must-try. The service is very good but sometimes there is a lack of smiles and smiles among the clerks.

It’s a WOWWWWW….!!! All the way!!! What a welcome !!! Bee pasta works wholeheartedly on all sides, with a smile on their faces! All caring, patient…. We keep the next ones waiting, despite ourselves, everything is too tempting!!! Already, in the fridge, you can't miss the succulent goat's cheese (it's so close to Chavignol crottin), a delight! What can we say about vegépâté… and there, the croissants, the breads, the pastries…. Wow!!! We had a cheese and ham sandwich garnished with sprouts…. Incredibly good!!! Only good comments and congratulations to you all. We went there after reading JdeMtl where people praised the croissants... But, everything is to be discovered in this place!!!
