mathias gave us very good service however the dinosaur that I didn't specifically want (the Becklespinax) was in my happy feast. he’s probably not the one who prepared my order.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and I got a single, I had no straws in the bag and took about 25 minutes to get the food which is unacceptable for fast food, the Buns were super dry and hard the meat was very dry the fries were cold, not very good fast food experience would not recommend. the only thing good was the self-serve drink.

Very very long to receive our order a big 15 minutes
And then we start to eat, after 10 minutes an employee walks around the table. 5 to 10 minutes later, the employee quietly pushes us towards the exit while starting to put spray on our table. Some of us were still eating. Very ordinary service.

I go to this place 3 times a year and it's really true, the trash can overflows every time. Staff run and cross paths, too much unnecessary movement. It's slow service, the employee slipped in front of the ice cream machine on the floor with his shoes. He almost fell. Food and napkin all over the floor of this place, this does not change despite the years. I'm not being harsh, that's really it.

...this evening on November 12, 2024 I had to deal with the worst waiter in the history of your restaurant...I understand that he was starting but seriously....it started at the drive-thru when I said wait nearby 10 minutes after making me say a moment please!! A new one took my order which I had to start again!!! When I got to the window, I don't know if he was a clown or really a beginner, but I had to repeat a thousand times what I had ordered, he slides like a clumsy person with my coffee, I don't even know how the payment machine works in short it was a comedy of clown and error my experience this evening!!! you really struggle with the choice of your staff sometimes!!!
