Do not come here. There are two women’s washroom stalls, one of which has no door. This place is very busy due to its highway proximity but be warned if you think you can do anything quickly, including use the facilities, you will be very disappointed.

I have travelled across Canada and this is the dirtiest McDonald’s, I’ve ever been to. The dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen actually. It looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a month. After using the washroom, my wife and I decided not to order food there. We didn’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. I recommend skipping by this place and finding somewhere else to eat and use the washrooms.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited. The place is absolutely trashed. The group of employees chit chat in the kitchen instead of cleaning the bathrooms. Not to mention how burnt my food was..

We had to wait for 15 minutes for our food. We thought they forgot us. I love the small eating aera outside with table. Very useful when you travel with a dog

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. Part of my order was missing, and I had to go back to have it corrected. When I finally got everything sorted my fries were cold and unappetizing. The staff seemed very young and overwhelmed with how busy it was on a Sunday. They also lacked basic customer service skills, no greeting, no apology for forgetting parts of my order, and very little communication overall. Definitely not the standards I expected from McDonalds.

I'm Anglophone, travelling with my family and wanted a quick breakfast for all of us.

Quick rant: I don't expect people in Quebec to understand English, just like Quebecers visiting the western provinces shouldn't expect us to understand French. If you're English I recommend that you order using the McDonalds app, you can get your exact order, pay for it there, and I don't think the employees ever realized I wasn't french cause I never had to talk to them.

With that out of the way. Real downsides: It took 15 minutes for them to complete my order. The main garbage can in the dining area was literally overflowing. The women's bathroom had 1 small roll of toilet paper between both stalls. Those of us in the bathroom line were able to coordinate sharing the tp though. In short, they need to hire more people to deal with the eating time rushes.

Upside: the food was really good and exactly what we needed to get on the road again.

mathias gave us very good service however the dinosaur that I didn't specifically want (the Becklespinax) was in my happy feast. he’s probably not the one who prepared my order.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and I got a single, I had no straws in the bag and took about 25 minutes to get the food which is unacceptable for fast food, the Buns were super dry and hard the meat was very dry the fries were cold, not very good fast food experience would not recommend. the only thing good was the self-serve drink.

Very very long to receive our order a big 15 minutes
And then we start to eat, after 10 minutes an employee walks around the table. 5 to 10 minutes later, the employee quietly pushes us towards the exit while starting to put spray on our table. Some of us were still eating. Very ordinary service.
