Benny from the Prairie. Drive-thru 01/26/2025 order chicken wrap with fries 2:20 p.m. I receive the wrap but Caesar, I say it's not what I ordered. The cashier replies: WELL, I UNDERSTOOD WRAP CÉSAR SO THAT’S WHAT YOU HAVE. Fairly ordinary customer service and what's more, I left a tip, I hope it's the cook who gets it.
We ordered the duo and chicken strips. It was delivered during time indicated. The chicken was hot and delicious. Good size breast and leg. The only down side were the fries. Usually very hot and crispy when I pick up order but for delivery they were simply warm. Love their sauce!
