We went for the guest chef experience on January 25th, focussed on 6 duck dishes. We opted for the wine pairings as well and although it was a hit on the wallet, it was exquisite. Seriously not a single thing I'd change. Wow, what a treat.

Excellent reception on our arrival. Excellent service at the restaurant, but it ends there.The "Lake Brome suite" was unheatable, so was the Alizé restaurant and the "souper gastronomique" was anything but..........very disappointed.
