Last year I would have given the shop a 5 stars but the quality has gone down and it’s either due to lack of staff or lack of training. When you order a mango pineapple ice cream and it comes out mud brown, the professional thing to do is to either redo it without asking or let the customer know why it’s like that and ask if they would like it redone.

It was OK. They sell some Coticook brand ice cream flavors. Not a huge variety, though. The sundae was a success. Seating outside was very nice this time of the year.
Thank you to the lovely staff who accommodated all 8 of us a few minutes before closing, we will come back but much earlier lol!

a really good soft cream! the Coaticook is the best in my opinion and a lot of choice for soaking. there were some that I didn't know, the one with milk chocolate and black cherry and the ladies offered me a taste!! wow it's like a cherryblossom But too sweet for me so I chose the regular milk soak. Beautiful place, clean and welcoming.
