I love this place when I go to Lachine by bike following the riverfront. The reward, besides the magnificent landscape, is this cozy and pleasant little place serving one of the best coffees in the Montreal region, in my opinion.

A super nice place near the river and the cycle path. Good spot for having a coffee in the sun on the terrace.

Nice place for a little coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.
Gaetan behind the counter knows his product! We could talk about the hours of coffees available for consumption on site or in bags to take away.
Front terrace with view of the water's edge.
Nice address 👍

Visiting from the States, unexpectedly had a free afternoon to spend in Montreal. This cafe was just what I was hoping for. Great coffee, delicious snacks, and kind people. It’s near the historic canals and walking (or running) distance from beautiful cultural landmarks. Would be a treat to return someday. ☕️ 🍁 🏰

Came to Montreal and decided to go to the West end to Lachine. Found this wonderful cafe with views of the canal and a small outdoor seating area. Friendly owner, excellent soup and salad. Wonderful coffee and scones that don't look or taste mass-produced. Worth the five and a half hour trip from Toronto😊.

Cozy place, barista is very kind and the food is great! I had the breakfast bagel and a pumpkin spice latte which was just perfect to start my morning.

Both the atmosphere and manager were really welcoming.
The iced mocha I had was great.
Good location to work from, free WiFi and a close walk to the river.
Additionally, I found the washroom to be very well kept.

Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives are available.

To flee!
The waitress as pleasant as a prison guard. No hello, no smile.
Cakes that are dry and have a stale taste.
My chai latte was cold and without spices.
The mocha was lukewarm and had a burnt taste. It had beads of fat on the surface.

I stopped there during a bike tour to hydrate with an iced matcha during a heatwave. It was delicious! And unlike other goal matchas, it wasn't too sweet!
