I got exactly what I wanted. I stopped by to get takeaway pizza. I was tired and hungry. All I really wanted to do was get in and out. It was a busy Friday night, with a lineup of reservation seekers almost out the door. Yet I was served immediately and my order was taken. Ten minutes later and as promised, I had my pizza.I had the bacon pizza. It was delicious as usual. FYI, probably contributing to the short wait, Il Fornetto only makes single serving size pizzas.
We were there for my daughter's birthday, we brought the cake. I find it absurd that we are being charged $2/person. Only to cut the cake. I know this is common practice but in my opinion it is theft. Afterwards the restaurants complain about the lack of attendance. When a bill amounts to more than $200 for 2 people. and there were 9 of us in total, I think that this practice has no place.
