Just bought myself 2 XML coffees and the new blue cups, leak, lids fall off and start to unglue as I was drinking it. This is such a disappointment when I buy so many. I have had many issues with service of not receiving proper coffee but now this is a safety hazard.
Slowest ever service. Very disorganized
Place was dirty. Bathrooms disgusting. No baked goods at all at 9 pm. Tables were not cleaned off at all, at 7 am.

Tim Hortons offers good and hot food with good service, despite some cleanliness issues. The point system for rewards can be confusing and difficult to use, leading to frustrations for some customers. Some have experienced issues with orders being mixed up and points expiring. The wraps were disappointing, with fillings ending up in the bottom of the bag and slow service during non-rush hours.
