Wanted a nice hot, small pizza for one person in a relaxing atmosphere. Loved the place. Food was great, ladies at reception were very polite and friendly. Watched some baseball on TV while waiting. Will come back.

I was on my way to the airport at Quebec City. We decided to stop for a few minutes because we were early. The restaurant manager opened the door a few minutes early because we were ahead of the opening time. They were very welcoming friendly, and made our time enjoyable.

Food was average, waitress was rude too. She added tip amount by herself and told me it’s compulsory in canada, like i live in canada too. I haven’t seen this culture adding tips just for the dine in for 2 persons. Worst Boston pizza i have ever seen.

Food was good. Hot and cooked well.
If you are on a tight on time I do not recommend going here. Service is really, really, really slow. Now If you are just wanting to sit, chill and chat after a long day of traveling then this place will work.
To put it into perspective we waited 45 minutes just for our water. The food was served awhile after that.
Aside from that the staff was nice and the food was good.

We visited this place on 21st August. The food was good but we noticed that server added 18% tip/gratuity without asking or letting us know. At least he should let us know. This just not happened to me only; same thing happened to two of other families sitting on another tables. Sorry but this is bad thing for customers and not sure if management asked them to add the tip or they are doing it on their own.

Would not honour our coupon for more than one free pizza and the place is dirty. I needed to ask for our server to come and see us after waiting 15 minutes to be seen at our table even though the place want busy. We live near the place and it will be our last time visiting this branch.

Stop ripping off your customers. Extremely slow service. 15% tip for what? And thats mandatory? And the reason is we are paid less ( staff said). Pay your staff accordingly and ask your customers before putting any tip on the bill.

My friends and I went to Boston pizza and got a pizza and wings. The food was good but the customer service was awful. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to get a take out box and another 10 minutes to get our bill. Even though the place was not at all busy and the servers were chatting at the front desk, we had to wait quite long. Not at all satisfied with the customer service.

Disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. My friends and I went in around 9:30 PM—the place was nearly empty. We ordered a pizza and wings, After finishing our meal, we asked for a takeout container, which took 10 minutes to arrive. Another 10 minutes just to get the bill. I asked a different server for a menu to clarify something, but no one ever came back—we waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave.

Customer service was poor throughout. The waiter seemed uninterested and disengaged from the start. On top of that, we were charged a 15% PBRE fee—still unclear what “premium” service that was meant to cover. Definitely not worth it. Won’t be returning.
