“I had the chance to visit the Nuances de Grains roastery during the Ultra-Trail du Fjord du Saguenay event. Being from the Laurentians, I might not have had the chance to discover this place and meet its passionate owner. Mr. Côté took the time to advise us not only on these coffees, but also on the infusion methods, including not the techniques, but also the tools, machines, etc. It really felt like we were in a coffee class! He then made us his favorite coffee, a Cortado! I had the chance to taste a few in Europe and also in North America and I can tell you that it was the best Cortado in the world for me! Thank you Mr. Côté for this wonderful foray into your home, your passion for coffee is contagious! Too bad you are now so far away, I would have gone to see you every day to taste your excellent coffee and chat with you! It is certain that if we come back to the area we will stop to see you and we advise everyone who is lucky enough to be in Anse-St-Jean to stop there, you will not regret it!
