Last night I visited the A&W Newman location and had a very disappointing experience due to the cashier’s behavior. The cashier named Kashish was rude and unprofessional. He was wearing AirPods while working and did not seem attentive to customers.
I requested my order for dine-in, but it was given to me in a takeout bag. When I asked for a tray, his attitude became angry and unfriendly. I also requested my drink in a mug instead of a fountain cup, which has never been an issue during my previous visits (I come here 3–4 times a week after midnight). However, he refused and claimed the dishwasher was closed.
When I asked for a refund due to the poor service, I was told that a refund was not possible, which was frustrating and unacceptable.

Food was ok! The problem was more about the cleanliness, especially in some of the bathrooms. There’s no other way to put it, but the bathrooms were disgusting. The smell was just horrible and the ceiling vents are just covered in crap. I aside from that it could be a little bit cleaner in the eating area and the tables are quite wobbly, as well as some of the stools kind of slide all over the place when you’re kind of want to sit on them! I almost fell off one of them while waiting for my order! This place definitely needs some improvements when it comes to cleanliness and quality. Also a fair amount of flies flying around while I was eating, not exactly appetizing.

Why am i given table syrup with the churros...... also stop telling people to park in front to get the food when theres no parking at all smh
Great Burgers as all customers of A&w know. On top of that the staff are friendly professional and the place is very clean. My favorite stop for a fantastic Burger!!
