I went there last night 11 Sep with my family, we ordered their Veggies Masala Burgers, three drinks, two fries and a Poutine. The fries were good 👍. Poutine was also nice and had a generous amount of sauce and cheese. But they gave only one fork and I had to ask for another cutlery. When you see its a family with kids ordering then they should provide with adequate cutlery.
Lastly the burgers, they were nothing like they were used to taste like. The onions were so raw and bitter in taste. The buns and Veggie patty was filled with oil like it was dipped in it. The veggie patty was burnt like it was fried twice or thrice.
It (the veggie masala burger) was the new highlight of A&W but it seems like they are no longer interested about the taste and customer satisfaction and only care about making money. It is no longer taste like it used to and I won't be ordering it again. Will look now for some other options. Very disappointed with A&W Montreal.

I loved A&W food and visited like 5-6 times a week but last night i visited this branch there was a sup was being very rude And he behaved like he is doing a favour and giving me food in charity. I asked for his name someone told me his name is fransisco, sorry if I spelled it wrong But i will never go there again and suggest not to go Will visit any other branch but not this one!!
