Kazo Ramen Lasalle offers authentic Japanese ramen, with the pork described as the best, soft enough to melt in the mouth. The Creamy Tonkotsu Ramen has lots of flavors, with exceptional quality broth and ramen that fits perfectly together. The broth is not salty and turns thin noodles from the worst feeling to the best. The takoyakis taste amazing. Service is kind, polite, super nice, and the atmosphere is calm with low calm music. Everything is affordable given the service quality. However, a recent update noted a possible change in ownership, with quality declining and prices increasing. The bowl size is a bit small, and the bbq meat is now served as 2 to 3 thin slices, making the $17.95 price feel not cheap. Previously, the broth and quality ingredients were nice, and the food was delicious. Overall, the restaurant is worth visiting for creamy, savory ramen.
