This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I have a gluten intolerance, so I have become accustomed to leaving restaurant outings hungry, as gluten-free options are often limited and I'm the only one of my family and friends, therefore it often gets overlooked. If you’re looking for a true taste of Italy, this is the place. The food is exceptional — every dish is full of authentic flavor and made with care. Chef Paolo is outstanding, and the owner (Alessandro) goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. It’s one of those rare restaurants where you can taste the passion in every bite.
