Very rude cashier, they charge for everything even replacing smoked with raw and we couldn’t use the coupon of 30$ because she said the poke ball is not included tho it is not mention on there menu that

I went today and we ordered le "choix du chef" and we feel it was just a tray they had left from yesterday, quality and flavor was subpar.
If you order to take out, in most places they give you something freshly done. If I wanted a tray, I'd just take it from their counter.
We were looking for an alternative to IGA's sushi, but other better places in lasalle such as Isakaya were not open, we gave this place a chance and it was really disappointment.
Ah! And the lady who makes the sushi was not really nice at all.

First and last time. The dragon eye smelled and tasted like bed fish. Sushi fall apart. No one acknowledged me when I came in, no hello, nothing.
The sushi woman took my order with such (i) an attitude lol. Anyways I specifically asked for Maguro/Tuna and she "tricked" me by giving me a disgusting other fish sushi COOKED, stapled the package to go so I don't see my order. I even tipped her! Never going back again.

Yesterday, I placed an order for 2 poke bowls, which were supposed to come with a 'free Hosomaki' for orders over $25. However, what I received was disappointing - the poke bowls mainly contained lettuce to fill up space, with very small amounts of everything else. Additionally, I was overcharged by $5, which I only realized after getting home. It's unfortunate, but after this experience, I've decided not to order from this restaurant again.
