It would've been respectful of the ownership to give its customers a heads up that they were shutting down. No mention of anything on the website as if everything was still hunky dory.
Pizza Giuseppe is a family-run restaurant in Lasalle, serving delicious wood oven pizzas and other Italian dishes. The menu offers a variety of options, including the popular Giuseppe pizza and Chicken Parm. Appetizers like Bruschetta and Arancini are also tasty. The service is excellent, with attentive and polite staff. The wood fire oven is a highlight, allowing diners to watch their meal being prepared. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere. Recently, the restaurant has faced some changes, including a shutdown that was not announced properly, leaving customers confused as the location now operates under a different name, o-poulet, with the same phone number. Despite these issues, the dining room offers a comfortable experience, and the pizza remains a highlight, with a soft top and crusty bottom, cooked in a wood oven. The Caesar salad, made with house dressing, croutons, and Parmesan, is also appreciated. Parking is easy, and the staff, like Amanda, provides excellent service.
